AmoVino is looking for experienced, energetic and positive team players to join our dynamic team. Our chosen candidates will be passionate about natural and organic wines, sales-driven and creative, and looking to grow with us.


Sales Representative(s)

We are looking for two full-time sales representatives, one based on the North Shore and one based in the Fraser Valley. The ideal sales representative will be highly organized, passionate about sales, a self-starter who can make important decisions without supervision, and able to work effectively as a team. They will excel at relationship building, lead generation and closing deals. They will be a quick learner with confident negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to find creative solutions to best showcase our portfolio. The ideal sales representative will be comfortable, personable and professional at industry networking events, shows and giving presentations.


Responsibilities include

Promoting AmoVino’s existing portfolio and introducing new products to the market through comprehensive understanding, customer education and strong communication skills.

Identifying and communicating customer solutions to effectively reach your targets and goals.

Servicing Retail, On-premise and BCL’s within your designated territory.

Meeting sales quotas and creating growth opportunities through understanding and implementation of sales objectives and marketing strategies.

Implementation of new sales plans and marketing strategies such as featured products, by-the glass listings, product placement, event planning.

Scheduling and planning effective routes to call on existing or potential customers.

Relationship building with new and existing customers through regular visits, good customer service, and good problem-solving and negotiation skills and professionalism.

Coordinating with other AmoVino sales reps to ensure company goals are being met.

Presenting and the ability to create presentations confidently, in person to small and large audiences and on video calls

Attending and organizing trade events, in-store tastings and private events, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.



3-5 years’ experience in alcohol sales.

WSET or ISG Certification.

Strong oral, written, organizational skills and detail orientated.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

The ability to work under pressure.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Ability to lift a case of wine throughout the day.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Salary negotiable and based on experience.
