Inventory and Logistics Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Update inventory reports weekly for BC and Alberta ensuring highest attention to detail reporting vintages, FIFO, allocations.
2. Issue Purchase Orders for multiple suppliers and organize pick ups and receiving with frieght forwarding services in BC/AB.
3. Submit inter-provincial POs and transfers often with very strict deadlines. 
4. Order samples from suppliers for new products/vintages ensuring all paperwork is accurately submitted to custom broker.
5. Support the sales team on many emails/inquiries regarding product/inventory/vintages/etc. 
6. Ensure scores are up to date on inventory.
7. Respond quickly, efficiently and effectively to all BCL wholesale inquiries/updates, product and receiving updates and inventory enquiries.
8. Enter monthly sales on Excel for all wineries/skus.
9. Submit and ensure all pricing forms are updated to Jackson Family Wines pricing dept.
10. Support Accounting Manager and General Manager on grid/excel updates reports.
11. Support with other office tasks/problem solving involving inventory and logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• High level Excel/Computer skills
• Resourceful, quick thinking
• Positive, good communicator
• Organized and high attention to detail
• Willing to work hard to get the job done
• Supply chain experience preferred; but, not necessary
• Basic understanding of wine is an asset; but, not required

Salary Range: $40-$45K
5% Discretionary bonus paid annually
Medical/Dental benefits paid after 1 month probation
