Key Responsibilities:
§ Fully Cycle logistics. Perform administrative activities necessary to the logistics of importing wines and spirits.
§ Maintaining master inventories for BC, Alberta, Sask, and Manitoba.
§ Administration, tracking and transferring products between BC, Alberta, Sask and Manitoba.
§ Track purchase orders and audit invoices to ensure they match purchase orders for vintage, quantities, and price.
§ Ensuring current Trade agreements (such as CUSMA, CPTPP, CETA) and certificates of origin from suppliers are in order.
§ Maintaining product information across all liquor boards.
§ Generating and entering purchase orders for BC, Alberta, Sask and Manitoba.
§ Working with our Logistics Manager, Marketing Manager, Brand Managers and Sales Coordinator to ensure inventory levels are managed responsibly for the provinces of BC, Alberta, Sask and Manitoba.
§ Assist in updating forecasting reports and pricing reports.
§ Interact with suppliers, liquor boards and freight forwarders regarding purchase orders, product information, regulations, and shipping information.

You are extremely detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and communicate effectively. You possess excellent time management skills and have a proven track record of working well in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. You have extensive experience with Inventory tracking and management, as well as forecasting. You are proactive and creative in your problem-solving and are described as a team player by your colleagues.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
2 years related experience in the logistics/supply chain field.
Logistics degree or diploma will be an asset.
Highly proficient in MS Excel. Note-we are a 95% Mac environment.
Past experience in the beverage alcohol industry will be an asset.
Compensation:
Competitive salary, based on the candidate’s level of experience and education. Compensation will include base salary, benefits package and 3 weeks annual vacation. Previous experience in the wine industry or international shipping will be an asset.
