Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator at Trialto Wine Group will work closely with Marketing Director in liaison with the sales team to ensure accurate pull through of Trade marketing initiatives. This position will be responsible to maintain the Trialto website catalogue content, coordinate Point of Sale materials, maintain media contacts, and manage social media initiatives used to promote winery and Trialto brand awareness. Lastly, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing appropriate trade and consumer marketing programs; utilizing programs that leverage accolades, awards and product highlights for marketing material.
This position is based in Vancouver, BC. and is a fixed term maternity leave contract.

Key Accountabilities:
Lead in updating the Trialto website catalogue wine details for Western Canada - this includes, story, description, imagery (bottle shots, logos), pricing, ratings and vintage.
Coordinate and manage Trialto social media platforms along with upkeep of Trialto website for news, events, and postings
Coordinate with preferred partners, or design in-house, Point of Sale material for marketing initiatives.
Responsible to submit applications, print and distribute all Point of Sale materials specific to marketing programming (Event Thematics, Shelf talkers, Value add neck tags , In store tastings, supplier visit ad hoc technical sheets, menu shells, pricing cards, case cards, etc.)
Responsible for communication and submissions to Liquor Board Retail divisions for programs, product descriptions, vintage & image updates
Assist in the coordination and follow-up of regular media sample submissions and media programs for Western Canada as directed.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of Western Canada Marketing projects and events as directed.
Job Requirements:
Proficient user of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Apple products
Experience with Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent
Experience with website upkeep and maintenance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening skills, desire to work with a passionate wine team
Diligent, organized, and good time management skills
Strong customer service focus
A strong passion for wine
Adheres to the terms of Trialto’s Covid Vaccination Policy
Intermediate wine knowledge gained from formal education (WSET or ISG Certification) is an asset
Technical Skills:
Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent
Experience in upkeep and webiste maintenance with WordPress
