MARKETING MANAGER

Marketing or business degree from a recognized institution is a must.
WSET education will give you an advantage over other candidates.
Work with brand managers to:
· develop detailed promotional programs for government and private retail and hospitality trade.
· assist with managing brand budgets.
· work with brand managers, finance and sales team to ensure OCM (Euro funding) compliance.
· develop and maintain price action strategy for BC, AB and MB.
· maintain and distribute brand pyramids for four western provinces.
Work with marketing coordinator to:
· execute retail brand plans that increase brand performance and positioning.
· develop trade specific materials.
· conduct analysis of all programs to evaluate ROE and effectiveness.
· create on-line and print ads
· Work with sales coordinator to conduct regular category analysis and seek opportunities for core brands.
· Work with logistics to ensure adequate inventory is on hand to support programs.
· Primary point of contact for the maintenance of International Cellars website.
· Schedule and manage in-store tasting.
· Manage trade and consumer events including Vancouver Wine Festival, Winnipeg Wine Festival and other consumer events.
· Evaluate sponsorship and partnership proposals, propose to Brand team, execute activities.
· Coordinate orders of company branded collateral as required.
· Plan and execute media drops; track reviews and features for all provinces.
· create targeted "mail -outs" to outlying areas not covered by sales staff.

Compensation will be commensurate with education, industry and marketing experience. The range is approximately $65-80,000
