In close collaboration to BC Sales, Marketing Managers are responsible for all Trade promotions and return on investment. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, this is a key contributing role in provincial targets to sell and grow awareness of our world class portfolios.

To be successful in this role, you must be a results driven, wine passionate individual with strong organization and business analytical skills. Potential candidates would have a competitive team spirit, genuine thirst for winning and a desire to work cross-functionally with all departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Quarterly program/sales meeting creation

·         Management of special events

·         Product forecasts with scheduled revisions

·         Marketing plans and strategy

·         Budget planning and accountability

·         Trade program execution

·         Sales material creation, updates, and circulation

Position Requirements:

·         Self starter and highly motivated

·         Elevated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint specifically)

·         Beverage industry experience

·         Knowledge of design programs and an eye for simple design work

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Ability to meet tight deadlines

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Strong presentation skills

·         Ability to lift/carry 40lbs regularly

·         WSET 2, or equivalent an asset
