On Premise Territory Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Renaissance is one of most dynamic and fastest growing liquor agencies in British Columbia.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to represent and develop our outstanding portfolio of products in Vancouver’s on-premise sales channel.  If you seek success, are results driven, highly motivated with a deep entrepreneurial streak this might be the role for you.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

§  Providing industry leading customer service in the on-premise sales channel

§  Secure drink features, by-the-glass and by-the-bottle placements in key locations  

§  Strategically growing presence in with key partners and chains

§  Plan each week in advance to maximise efficiency and effectiveness

§  Carefully record and track all sales activities in our CRM platform 

§  Communicate quickly and effectively on all matters 

§  Host and entertain our suppliers with the utmost professionalism

§  Enthusiastically participate in sales meetings, huddles, industry and company gatherings, tastings and events

§  Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize brand performance activities

§  Operate within a spending and promotional budget

Preferred education and experience:

§  Direct experience in on-premise sales strongly preferred

§  Interest in and prior knowledge of wine and spirits

§  Direct sales experience in some capacity 

 

§  Current or previous industry experience is highly desirable

 

 

  

 

 

Our compensation package contains both a fixed (base salary) and variable (bonus) component. We consider our variable component to be one of the most attractive in the industry. Variable compensation is paid quarterly and offers a great opportunity for those that positively impact our business.
