Sales Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to Bacchus sales team for western Canada and will be providing support to Management Team & Field Sales Representatives in their regions.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support to Management Team & Field Sales Representatives in their regions
  • Provide monthly sales (push/burst) reports to their regional Team – TIR1, ASR9A, PSR1, PSR2, Set/Subset reports
  • Run weekly OTCs from SOD sight & distribute.
  • Create and manage all documents for incentives and regional trackers
  • Manage monthly production of retail POS tools (price cards, sell sheets)
  • Manage distribution and printing of menus, feature cards, table insert, and other selling tools.
  • Organize all samples for needs of the sales teams and listing applications
  • Update GL price list
  • Assist in the planning of sales meetings, and attend as required
  • Work with Trade Marketing to create/update product profiles for all SKUs
  • Facilitate the transfer of trade tools to regional team
  • Coordinate staffing and execution for all approved events (internal/external)
  • Domestic order processing for all company owned brands
  • Manage supplier itinerates, collaborating and planning with all involved parties for market tours, business reviews and staff training

Liquor Board Channel

  • Liaise with Sales lead to ensure all samples and complete paperwork is delivered to the regional liquor board within specified deadlines
  • Register new listings as outlined by registration grid
  • Request samples for all regional liquor board new listing applications
  • Clear samples from customs
  • Organizing liquor store tastings (BCLS) and supporting other regions in tastings.

Programming

  • Manage promotional applications & calendars
  • Maintain and track all promotional applications
  • Strategically apply for all regional liquor board tastings and special events.
  • Maintain National marketing calendar as needed
  • Responsible for the application form and submission to liquor boards for marketing programs

Office Management

  • Managing invoicing; office admin needs and tastings
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations, procedures, reviewing and approving all office supply needs
  • Maintain/improve office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
  • Support for general office tasks as required. Set up of meetings etc
  • Handle mail & couriers
  • Filing and other administrative duties

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or related
  • 2+ years of administration experience.
  • Advanced computer skills (excel, publisher, adobe).
  • Very well organized.
  • Proven time management skills (prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines).
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail
