Magnotta is currently seeking Retail Managers to join our dynamic team at its flagship Vaughan location in the following roles:
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Our Assistant Managers are self-motivated, energetic, team builders who assist the Store Manager in motivating and coaching staff to meet and exceed store sales targets and personal career development; while ensuring all store operations including open and close responsibilities, balancing daily sales, controlling overages and shortages, visual presentation, marketing initiatives, customer service and promotion of the company image are upheld to Company standards.
RETAIL SUPERVISOR
Our Supervisors are management focused individuals who assist the Store Manager in the execution of all store operations including open and close responsibilities, balancing daily sales, controlling overages and shortages, visual presentation, marketing initiatives, customer service and promotion of the company image. Supervisors provide feedback to the Store Manager on employee matters and customer complaints. Their main focus is to provide the utmost level of customer service while executing store operational plans.
