We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Vineyard Manager position at a local Vineyard Management company.
Exciting Job Duties include:
-Lead and Assist with a variety of projects around the vineyard as required
-Operating Farm Equipment and tools as needed
-Supervise workers and labour crews so that jobs are cost effective, efficient, and completed on a timely basis
-Assist with maintenance of equipment
-Managing all aspects of Fall Harvest and Hand picking
The usual Qualifications/Requirements:
-Some supervisory experience
-Viticulture experience
-Growers Pesticide Spray License
-Must be hard working, self motivated, able to follow directions, and be able to work independently!
-Committed, willing to learn, strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Applicants must have a valid drivers license. An AZ/DZ drivers license may be an asset but not necessary. Safety footwear is mandatory.
