We're currently seeking hardworking, passionate Harvest Cellar Hands to join our winemaking team for the upcoming 2025 vintage. This is your chance to learn, contribute, and be part of a dynamic, supportive harvest crew. You'll follow the fruit from the moment it arrives, through processing, fermentation, and into barrel - developing hands-on skills in a world-class environment.
About the Role
As a Harvest Cellar Hand, you will:
- Work directly with the winemaking team to process premium estate-grown fruit
- Perform tasks such as destemming, pressing, pump-overs, punch downs, and wine transfers
- Monitor fermentations, perform additions, and maintaining accurate records
- Clean and sanitize tanks, equipment, and tools
- Support barrel work, forklift operation (if certified), and other harvest-related activities
- Participate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong focus on safety and quality
About You
- Hardworking and detail-oriented
- Passionate about winemaking and eager to grow your skills
- A team player with strong communication and time management skills
- Physically capable of cellar work (bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders)
- Flexible to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods
* Previous harvest experience or winemaking education is an asset but not required-we're looking for attitude and aptitude.

We offer on-site staff housing, located just a stone's throw rom the winery itself. Wake up to picturesque views of our vineyards, Okanagan Lake, and the valley. Contract Period
Early September - Mid-November 2025
$20.00 - $ $23.00 per hour based on experience.
