Job Description
· Directly Report to the Tasting Room Manager
· Enthusiastically interact with customers to promote sales and customer experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
· Actively promote Wine Club sign ups/sales
· Maintain inventory levels in wine shop, and promote cleanliness and organization
· Handle multiple tastings at a time, in addition to working Point of Sale, and assisting customers
· Opening and Closing Duties
Qualifications and Requirements
· Wine training and Certification is not a requirement, but is a plus
· Ability to learn quickly
· Hospitality-minded individual who thrives in high pressure environments
· Available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional events
· Some Customer Service/Hospitality Experience
· Interest/ability to adapt employment opportunity across multiple brands and locations within the Jason Parkes Customs company structure
· Ability to lift 40 lbs
