the winehouse & the wine bar at the winehouse are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, go-getters to join our service team to work in both the wine bar and on the retail floor. Multiple permanent positions avaialble - full-time (30-40 hours/week), part-time (12-20 hours/week) and casual (weekends).

· Has the ability to take direction, be coached and is adaptable to change;

· Has previous retail &/or hospitality service experience;

· Evening and weekend availability;

· A passion for wine and food;

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

 

The responsibilities of the positions include:

· Retail sales

· Wine bar service

· Offering an amazing customer service experience for all retail & wine bar customers;

· Filling online & phone orders for daily pick-up &/or delivery;

· Merchandising & stocking;

· General cleaning & upkeep of store and wine bar appearance;

· Ensuring the winehouse procedures and policies are followed.
