Job description
If you are looking for a career in wine & beverage, retail & hospitality, we are looking for you! the winehouse is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, go-getters to join our professional team! Permanent full-time (30-40 hours/week), part-time (12-20 hours/week) and casual (weekends) positions available.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has the ability to take direction, be coached and is adaptable to change;
· Has previous retail or hospitality experience;

· Evening and weekend availability;
· A passion for wine, beverages & food;
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
The responsibilities of these positions include:
· Retail sales
· Offering an amazing customer service experience for all our customers - retail, online, & corporate partners;
· Filling online & phone orders for daily pick-up &/or delivery;
· Merchandising & stocking;
· General cleaning & upkeep of store appearance;
· Ensuring the winehouse procedures and policies are followed.

the winehouse is a family owned business. It was established by Tico & Karen Cornejo in 1999 as "Pembina Fine Wines". After moving to its current location at 1600 Kenaston Blvd in March 2009, and subsequently changing its name, the winehouse has grown to be one of Manitoba's largest wine suppliers while maintaining its roots in friendly service.
