the winehouse is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, go-getter to join our retail team! permanent full-time, part-time and seasonal positions available.

 

We are looking for someone who:

·       Has strong social and customer service skills – you are an active listener who is responsible and dependable, goal-oriented, flexible, patient;

·       Has a positive attitude and looks forward to embracing new challenges;

·       Is a team player - values strong teamwork, loves contributing and enjoys motivating both customers and co-workers;

·       Has the ability to take direction, be coached and is adaptable to change;

·       Has previous retail or hospitality experience;

·       Has creative ideas to share;

·       Evening and weekend availability;

·       A passion for wine and food;

·       Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

 

The responsibilities of these positions include:

·       Retail sales

·       Offering an amazing customer service experience for all retail customers;

·       Filling online & phone orders for daily pick-up &/or delivery;

·       Merchandising & stocking;

·       General cleaning & upkeep of store appearance;

·       Ensuring the winehouse procedures and policies are followed;

·       Additional responsibilities depending on experience.

 

Wine certifications from WSET, CAPS, ISG, WSG or CMS are an asset.
