Cidermaker
(Wine Jobs:
Vineyards & Cellars )
Full Time
Wolfville,
Nova Scotia
The Annapolis Cider Company aims to be Canada’s leading premium cider brand.
Established in 2016, the cidery uses local apples from the Annapolis valley to create a diverse range of ultra-premium ciders. Bottled exclusively in 750ml format, we focus on crafting premium ciders with authenticity and creativity. We do not grow or press apples - we get our juice from a local pressing operation that uses exclusively local apples. We welcome over 50,000 visitors per year to our tasting bar and retail shop on Main Street in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Visitors are encouraged to tour our cellar, which has been carefully designed with the cidermaker in mind. We work hard to create a workplace environment that is friendly and compassionate.
We are seeking a full-time cidermaker to start immediately. They must be eager to learn how we make our ciders and be excited to share their creations with customers. The cidermaker is expected to become a key member of the executive team and will report directly to the co-founders.

-
Grow our Cider Club membership by producing exclusive, small-batch specialty ciders
