LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR

International Cellars is seeking a detail oriented, highly organized and disciplined Logistics Administrator to work alongside our existing team to coordinate the company’s supply chain.
Key Accountabilities:
- Perform administrative activities necessary to the logistics of importing wines from numerous countries around the world. Australia, New Zealand, South America, USA, Europe, Israel, South Africa.
- Request purchase orders, liaise with liquor boards, suppliers and freight forwarders to coordinate shipping of imported wine products to Western Canada.
- Working with customs and third party warehousers
- Tracking purchase orders, reviewing pro-forma invoices.
- Coordinate movement of products from province to province within Canada.
- Maintain and update inventory reports for western Canada.
- Uploading information to organizational software site
- Provide support to sales and marketing department.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- 1 year related to administrative experience in logistics. Previous experience in the wine trade will move your resume to the top of the pile.
- High level of task management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent computer skills in particular Excel. Note: we are a 100% Mac office.
- Energy and entrepreneurial enthusiasm.
