Job Overview
Position Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales, marketing, and management teams.
The successful candidate will assist with LCBO submissions, marketing initiatives, supplier communications, reporting, and general office administration. This position is well suited to someone who can manage multiple priorities and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research upcoming LCBO opportunities and coordinate submissions for Vintages, General List, Grocery, and Open Listings.
- Prepare marketing plans using product information, pricing documentation, presentations, images, and other submission materials.
- Maintain accurate records for product listings, pricing, vintages, images, and supporting documentation.
- Create sell sheets, presentations, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Support product launches, retail listings, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
- Compile sales reports and assist with commission billing and administrative reporting.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers, customers, the LCBO, and internal team members.
- Work with LCBO platforms, including ELITE, Citrix, and Gateway.
- Update the company website with product information, images, tasting notes, and vintage changes.
- Provide general office support, including reception, telephone coverage, filing, data entry, document management, and payment processing.
- Coordinate office tastings, meetings, and events, including materials, room setup, refreshments, and logistics.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.
- One to three years of experience in administration, marketing support, or a coordinator role.
- Wine-industry experience or knowledge of LCBO processes is an asset.
- Strong organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with social media platforms and Canva or Adobe applications is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Professional, proactive, customer-service-oriented, and willing to learn.
Compensation
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
- The candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s benefit plan upon successful completion of the Probationary Period
