Assistant Wine Shop Manager

As the assistant wine shop manager, your role will be focused around guest experience and in house sales. This position is full-time Wednesday-Sunday where you will be on the floor in a working management position. Strengthening our elevated tasting experiences, helping to create new options and ensuring the flow and run of the day goes smoothly. We are a small family owned and operated organic winery with amazing staff already, we are needing someone to fill this new role and help us grow as a top wine shop destination on the West Kelowna Wine Trail. We are looking for someone who is passionate about wine, has a positive and happy outlook on work, enjoys working in a tasting room, has at least 2 years hands on experience working in wine shops, has a minimum of WSET2 or equivalent, has strong customer service & sales skills, as well as multitasking and common sense. This person would need to be able to start in March/April 2026. This could either be a seasonal contract ending in the fall, or could become a full year position for the right person. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Day to day run and flow of the wine shop - Executing and creating elevated tasting experiences - Help with strategies to turn tastings into sales - Manage the scheduling of wine shop staff and organize the run of the day

- Work with our marketing manager on social media campaigns
