Job Overview
Pearl Morissette is seeking a motivated and thoughtful individual to join our team as a Cellar Hand / Vineyard Hand. This position works across both the winery and vineyard, supporting the full cycle of wine production from vine to bottle. Responsibilities include day-to-day cellar operations and various aspects of vineyard and winery production.
We are a small, dedicated team committed to careful organic farming and precise, attentive cellar work. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, good time management, and attention to detail, and be motivated to understand our ethos of honest craftsmanship, low intervention, and a constant curiosity about nature.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail, alongside a positive attitude
- Thrives in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable performing physical tasks and cleaning
- Team player yet works well independently
- Ability to work longer hours during harvest
- Mechanical/ tractor experience is an asset
