Job Description
Profile Wine Group, one of Canada’s premier wine agencies is currently seeking a Coordinator for our North York office, to provide support in the areas of Vintages and GL (General List) wines at the LCBO.

The successful candidate will be a team player, showcasing a desire to learn and grow within an exciting and entrepreneurial environment.  Your wine savvy knowledge will enable you to work with suppliers and the LCBO.  Showcasing accuracy & efficiency, your passion for the industry will be evident through attention to detail and an initiative-based work philosophy. This is a one year contract position with opportunity to become full-time permanent at or prior to the expiration of the contract term. 

Job Responsibilities Include:
• Enter all Vintages and General List product application submissions
• Create commission and supplier bill back invoices
• Analyze LCBO Vintages & GL inventory; daily tracking of LCBO purchase orders
• Request & prepare delivery of wine samples and any LCBO related documentation; correspondence with suppliers and couriers
• Manage sell sheets with various wine & lifestyle magazines for wine reviews and awards
• Creating, printing & emailing various sales support materials  i.e. Promotional Sell Sheets, Product Information Sell Sheets,  Good Juice Newsletter
• Manage the In-store tasting program, liaise with the LCBO tasting coordinator and third-party tasting company
• Work with Webmaster providing pricing, reviews, and product updates
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
• Minimum of 1year related experience
• Post Secondary education in business administration or related field
• Successful completion of WSET or industry related courses is an asset 

Skills/Competencies:
• Must have advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills
• Must be extremely detail oriented & showcase excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Some LCBO and wine industry knowledge is an asset 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
• Ability to collaborate and contribute creativity
