We are currently looking for a Floor Manager excited to join the Evolve Sparkling team.

The position includes (but is not limited to):

·       Drive sales through Membership and Subscription growth, elevated experiences, upselling wine and merchandise, and supporting the training and supervision of the FOH team.

·       Assist the Evolve Manager with tracking sales performance and training FOH Team.

·       Support financial and inventory management tasks.

·       Act as the on-duty leader during service, overseeing daily tasting room operations

·       Lead pre-shift briefings and ensure service standards, pacing, and hospitality tone are upheld

·       Supervise and support FOH staff during shifts, including Wine Leads and Wine Hosts

·       Manage guest flow, reservations, and space utilization via Commerce7

·       Handle first-level guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism

·       Support execution of private events, experiences, and member activations

·       Coordinate daily opening and closing procedures and ensure operational readiness

·       Monitor service flow, staffing coverage, and shift execution in real time

·       Support training reinforcement and coaching on the floor

·       Promote the Club, events, and affiliated businesses internally.

·       Communicate operational issues, guest trends, and staffing needs to the Estate Manager

Requirements

·       Strong verbal interpersonal skills and outstanding communication abilities.

·       Certification in ISG / CAPS, CMS, or WSET (Level II or higher preferred).

·       Proven results-driven sales skills and a growth mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities.

·       Efficient problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to diverse guest knowledge levels.

·       3+ years of guest service experience.

·       Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

·       Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, early evenings, and occasional evening events.

·       Genuine passion for wine, its production, and service

·       Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours and regularly lift up to 40 lbs.

·       Must be at least 19 years of age and eligible to work in Canada.

·       References required.

Compensation

·       starting at $24/hr plus gratuities
