Position Details
- Job Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (Hourly)
- Start Date: Mid to Late August 2025
- End Date: Mid to Late November 2025
- Wage: $21–$24/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: 6 days per week, 8–12 hours per day (depending on workload)
What You'll Experience
- Hands-on work with a wide range of grape varieties including: Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, and Syrah
- Exposure to all areas of winery operations: crush pad, cellar, and barrel room

Your Responsibilities
- Grape receiving, sorting, processing, and pressing
- Daily sanitation of winery equipment (tanks, pumps, barrels, etc.)
- Fermentation monitoring: punch downs, pump-overs, sampling, additions, and data recording
- Barrel work: filling, fermenting, racking, topping, and sampling
- Lab work and basic wine analysis
- Strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Other cellar duties as required

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous harvest or winery experience preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of premium wine production and lab work
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to lift 22+ kg and work long hours
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and proficient with Excel
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Transportation: Reliable transportation required
- International applicants: Must secure your own Canadian work permit
