We are seeking passionate and reliable Seasonal Harvest Cellar Hands to join our production team for the 2026 vintage. This role is perfect for someone who loves hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy winery environment.
Schedule
- Harvest season typically runs September through the end of November
- Extended hours and up to 6 days per week during peak periods
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Clear communication with supervisors and team members
- Strong adherence to safety and operational procedures
- Physically capable of lifting 25 kg and working on your feet for extended periods
- Willing and able to work extended hours, including weekends
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Assets
- Previous vintage experience
- Degree or diploma in Oenology, Viticulture, or a related field
- Forklift experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
