Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Harvest Cellar Hand to join us for the 2025 vintage. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in small-lot winemaking. You’ll be working closely with the winemaking team in all aspects of harvest—from grape to ferment to barrel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with grape receiving, sorting, and processing
• Perform punch downs, pump overs, and fermentation monitoring
• Sanitize and operate winery equipment including tanks, hoses, and press
• Barrel work: filling, emptying, cleaning
• Help maintain a clean and organized cellar
• Conduct basic lab work (Brix, temp, pH) under supervision
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Be willing to jump in wherever needed during harvest chaos

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work long and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• A genuine interest in wine and winemaking
• Previous harvest or cellar experience
• Forklift experience
• Must be legally able to work in Canada
