Job Overview
Harvest Intern – Fall 2026
Domaine Queylus | Niagara, Ontario
Domaine Queylus is a boutique winery focused on crafting Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from premium Niagara vineyards, along with small quantities of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Our approach centers on thoughtful, low-intervention winemaking that allows each vineyard and vintage to speak for itself.
We are seeking experienced Harvest Interns to join our team from September–December 2026. This is a hands-on role working closely with our winemaking team through all stages of harvest.
You will be part of a team of 4–5 interns involved in all aspects of cellar work.
Responsibilities
- Fruit processing and crushing
- Pump-overs and transfers
- Additions and fermentation monitoring
- Pressing and barreling down
- General cellar operations and sanitation
Requirements
Harvest is demanding work, and interns should be prepared for long days (often 6–7 days per week). In return, we offer an immersive harvest experience, working closely with our winemakers in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
If your goal is to become a winemaker or you wish to gain a higher knowledge about winemaking, Queylus is an excellent choice for your next harvest.
If you are passionate about wine and eager to gain meaningful hands-on experience, we would love to hear from you.
