Logistics & Order Fulfillment Co-ordinator

 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Order Fulfillment Coordinator to execute the daily operations of the wholesale sales department including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support. This is a key role bridging warehouses, carriers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently while keeping the team informed.

 Key Responsibilities:

-          Manage daily order processing and fulfillment for both winery & brewery

-          Generate invoices using Sage Accounting software

-          Act as a contact for licensee customers, providing updates and responding to queries

-          Pick and pack licensee and export orders

-          Coordinate shipping logistics and all paperwork for local, out-of-province, and overseas orders

-          Liaise with carriers and freight partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries

-          Maintain inventory and manage transfer of product between warehouses

-          Schedule and manage the daily activities of our in-house delivery driver

-          Licensee accounts receivables

-          Payout invoices and process internal deposits

-          Data entry such as promo, entering receivables, reconciling non wine and beer inventory
