Job Overview

Chain Reaction Winery & Pizzeria is a small boutique winery and artisan pizzeria on the Naramata Bench.  Our tasting room opened in spring 2022, followed by the pizza oven in 2024.  Our wines have won numerous awards – both within Canada and internationally.  Our Neapolitan style pizza has been described in our Google reviews as world class and life changing. It has been described as the last meal they would want if they were on death row.  We use only the best ingredients for our unique pizzas, and are striving to use more local farm ingredients (such as using our own peaches in our seasonal Sweet Cheeks pizza).  One of our owners is the winemaker and also the pizza guy.

We describe ourselves as funky but classy, and always fun and full of laughter. If this feels like work, then we’re doing something wrong.  We pride ourselves on providing an incredible experience for our customers.  I mean, what could be better than sitting on a patio with a stunning view of the lake and enjoying fantastic wine and pizza, served by someone who is friendly, passionate and knowledgeable?

We are looking for enthusiastic Tasting Room Associates to join our small team for the 2026 season for both full time and part time seasonal positions.  Experience is desirable, but personality/character is more important to us as we can provide training.  Maybe this person is you?

Why We Love Working With You

  • You are a positive person and your energy is contagious
  • You are fun and we look forward to working with you each day

This is How a Day Could Look in the Tasting Room and Patio

  • Opening the tasting room and getting it ready for the day

  • Conducting sales transactions and entering/managing customers in POS system
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service and product knowledge when helping guests
  • Promoting our wine club benefits so much so that they are eager to sign up
  • Keeping the tasting room looking so amazing that everyone is taking selfies
