At Mayhem Wines, we don’t always take ourselves seriously — but we are serious about our wine. We’re gearing up for an exciting season and looking for exceptional people to join our tasting room team. We are opening our tasting room on March 16th and we will be ramping up hours through April and May.

What You’ll Do

• Craft personalized tasting experiences that reflect Mayhem’s story, values, and single‑vineyard identity
• Share wine and grape knowledge in an engaging, accessible way
• Embrace vintage variation and help guests appreciate the beauty of seasonal differences
• Build genuine connections with guests and create moments worth remembering
• Support sales goals through thoughtful upselling, club conversations, and bottle recommendations
• Contribute to a smooth, organized tasting room through strong teamwork and attention to detail
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and professionalism
• Help create a VIP atmosphere that sparks excitement and FOMO
• Represent Mayhem Wines with enthusiasm, integrity, and consistency
