Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role, managing sales activities, developing new client relationships, and nurturing existing partnerships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting regular client visits, presenting Tre Amici’s unique wine portfolio, leading training sessions, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Territory Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the team to implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
- Proven success in sales and a results-driven approach to meeting targets.
- Experience in customer service and the ability to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Expertise in training and coaching clients or team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Background in sales management, including strategy implementation and performance evaluation.
- Prior experience in the wine, spirits, or beverage industry is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the territory for client visits and events.
