We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Trade Marketing and Logistics Manager for British Columbia. This position is an 18-month contract role and plays a key part in supporting our BC Sales Team through trade program execution, pricing submissions, inventory planning, portfolio management, domestic order support, and supplier coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in strong execution and follow-through. Our offices are located in North Richmond (near Ikea).

Your Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, track and analyze BC trade programs across private retail and BCLS channels
- Coordinate POS initiatives including shelf talkers, neck tags, signage, end caps, floor stacks, prizing and gift-with-purchase programs
- Manage BCLS tender submissions, chain RFP requirements, and merchandising program applications as needed
- Support provincial price change planning and complete monthly BCLBD price submissions
- Support inventory planning and purchasing through PO creation, tracking and reporting
- Support domestic order management to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Maintain accurate portfolio information, SKU specifications, and sell sheets
- Manage product sample procurement and distribution for the Sales Team
- Coordinate supplier visits, work-with schedules, trade events and trade show execution
- Support supplier correspondence, brand planning and product launch timelines
- Identify risks and opportunities through review of sales and performance data
Requirements
Attributes and Experience to Ensure Success in the Position
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- High level of computer literacy and comfort working daily in modern office software
- Confidence using online portals and common systems and tools such as CRM platforms, inventory reporting tools order processing software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, suppliers, logistics and accounting
- Experience with logistics, purchasing, inventory planning or operational coordination is a strong asset
- Wine and spirits industry experience is preferred, but an interest is essential
- WSET or similar training is a major asset but not a requirement

Compensation
