Location: Bench 1775 Winery, Okanagan Valley & Similkameen Valley BC
Job Type: Seasonal Vineyard Worker 2027
Come grow with us in the heart of BC’s wine country!
We’re looking for motivated Vineyard Workers to join our team for the 2027 growing season in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia
Season Schedule:
• Start Date: February/March 2027
• End Date: October/November 2027 (depending on harvest)
• Work available throughout all vineyard stages: pruning, planting, canopy work, thinning, and harvest
Job Duties Include:
• Pruning and vine training in early season
• Shoot thinning, wire lifting, leaf removal, and crop thinning
• Grape harvesting by hand in late summer/fall
• Tractor work includes spraying, mowing, mulching, hedging, and trimming
• General vineyard maintenance, weed management, and cleanup
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
Wage: $18.25/hour

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Physically fit and able to lift 40–50 lbs, bend, and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, wind, or rain
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Previous vineyard or farm experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Compensation
Hourly wage: $18.25
30 to 40 hours per week
Position Starts January or February 2027
This is a seasonal position.
