Wine Club Coordinator

We are looking for a Wine Club Coordinator to join our small, fun-loving team in Okanagan Falls. The duties of this position entail every aspect of planning, executing and supporting a large wine club at a small winery that ships out three times per year. Very strong organizational skills are required, along with an upbeat customer service mindset. This position works closely with our warehouser, tasting room staff & marketing coordinator to make sure all aspects of direct-to-consumer sales are operating smoothly and at their most efficient capacity. As we are a small, family-operated winery, all staff are comfortable wearing more than one hat depending on the season and where helping hands are needed.

About Us

In traditional French Burgundian style, we focus on small case lots of varietals best suited and expressive of their unique place of origin with an emphasis on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. We produce about 8,000 cases and strive to produce the finest wines possible. Our wines are hand harvested and hand crafted and we take great pride in each bottle of wine with great attention to detail. 

About You

This role is best suited to someone who has been in the BC wine industry for at least 5 years and has experience with wine clubs and/or large-scale shipping with ATS. Experience in customer service is of course very important, as is a broad working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominately Excel. Our sales software is Shopify & Bloom, so experience with these programs would be an asset but is not mandatory. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are our whole world at Meyer, so of course a penchant for Burgundian-style wine is also required!
