Requirements
What You’ll Do
As a Wine Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience:
- Guide guests through engaging, educational wine tastings
- Share knowledge of our wines, vineyards, and winemaking process — from vine to glass
- Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere for every visitor
- Provide thoughtful wine recommendations
- Assist with wine sales and guest orders
- Lead tours, telling the story of our estate and family legacy
- Build meaningful connections that encourage guests to return again and again
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Must have Serving It Right certification, as well as be of legal age to serve alcohol in BC
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine passion for wine and hospitality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Availability for at least 4 days per week (preferred)
- Food Safe and First Aid Certification is considered an asset
- WSET certification and/or a second language are considered strong assets

- $19.00 - $20.00/Hour + Gratuities
