Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Wine Sales Representative to manage and grow our portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for wine, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships in the hospitality or retail sector.
Full or part-time position.
Territories
We are seeking to add sales representation coverage in:
- Greater Toronto Area
- South West Ontario
- Greater Ottawa region
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage an on-premise portfolio
• Present and promote our wine selections to restaurants, bars, hotels, and specialty retailers
• Conduct tastings, staff trainings and product presentations
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account interactions
• Collaborate with the internal team on inventory, marketing initiatives, and product launches
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and tastings
Requirements
Qualifications
• Experience in wine sales, hospitality, or beverage alcohol industry (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of wine; WSET certification, Certified Sommelier is an asset or any other relevant wine-related training
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Must possess Ontario Smart Serve certification
• Ability to lift and carry up to 16kg cases occasionally
