Job Overview

Assisting customers with indoor and outdoor wine tasting and purchases, while delivering outstanding customer service.
Building enduring relationships with the winery's loyal customers by offering reliable and enjoyable experiences.
Restocking shelves as necessary, ensuring the store layout remains tidy and organized.
Handling online and phone orders, which includes processing payments, packaging wine, and providing after-sale services etc.
Able to lift up to 40lb case
Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Performing routine housekeeping tasks.
Counting Inventory weekly
Posting and replying message on social media

Requirements

Valid Smart Serve Certification
Age of 18 or older
We welcome candidates without Prior Winery or Wine experience
Strong customer service skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with long-term availability and reliability.
