Job Overview
We are a small retail shop specializing in unique wine, craft beer, and spirits.
We work in a casual, but busy and fast paced environment. We are looking for a part time/casual associate to help out in our shop.
Wine knowledge and customer service experience are a must! WSET and/or ISG training are encouraged, but not required. A passion for wine however is. You will also need to have your ProServe certificate.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to;
-opening and/or closing the store
-assisting customers with wine selections and pairing ideas
-maintaining the overall cleanliness of the shop
-facing and restocking shelves
-conducting regular retail duties
Must be available to work some weekends and holidays. Compensation will be based on experience.
