Job Overview
The Retail and Experiences Supervisor helps deliver welcoming, memorable guest experiences at Megalomaniac’s wine store and tasting rooms that build brand loyalty and drive wine sales.
Reporting to the Retail, DTC and Experiences Manager, the Supervisor provides hands-on support and daily guidance to a small team, ensuring friendly, efficient and knowledgeable customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing retail transactions, tasting experiences and vineyard walks; maintaining inventory and displays; completing cash-outs and POS updates; and overseeing online order picking and packing.
The Supervisor also assists with staff training, operational reporting and team performance initiatives, and acts as the retail manager on duty when the Manager is off the floor or away from the property.
Requirements
- Available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Flexible availability to meet seasonal business needs.
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Valid Smart Serve certification.
- Knowledge of and passion for wine and the wine industry.
Compensation
Hourly compensation based on experience
