As a supervisor at Sherbrooke, you will play a key role in fostering a positive, high-energy environment. You thrive on building relationships—both with your team and our guests. You’re not just a problem solver; you empower others to find solutions and take ownership of their roles. You enjoy coaching, providing feedback, and sharing your knowledge to help others grow.

Our ideal candidate possesses the following:

·         Previous experience coaching and mentoring a team. 

·         Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

·         Demonstrated ability to problem solve and find solutions.

·         Retail/cash management experience.

·         Liquor store experience is an asset, but not required.

·         Pro-Serve Certification is required within 30 days of starting.

·         Having your own transportation is a must.
