Tasting Room Associate

Deep roots in French tradition nourish our shared passion for soils, vines and wine. Dedicated to natural, artisanal farming and winemaking on the Naramata Bench. 

We are currently looking for seasonal part-time tasting room staff for the 2025 season.

Are you energetic, outgoing and organized with a passion for wine? If you enjoy interacting with people, are personable, and have your Serving It Right certificate, we would like to hear from you. 

Positions starting May through to the end of October.

The job duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Providing guests with a memorable tasting experience both indoors and outdoors

• Assisting customers with sales and/or shipping

• Stocking shelves

• Light housekeeping duties in public areas

• Helping out at special events onsite

• Internal promotion of our wine club, events, and dinners

 Requirements:

• Serving It Right certification (available online)

• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills

• Attention to detail

• Hospitality experience

• A keen interest in wine, from soil to bottle - WSET or equivalent an asset

• Knowledge of the BC Wine industry & regions an asset

• Ability to regularly carry 45 lb cases

• Ability to stand for your working shift

• Availability to work weekends and holidays required

• Must be legally entitled and eligible to work in Canada

Compenstaion:

• $19-$22, plus gratuities
• Staff discounts on wine
